I. General Terms
- Terms and Conditions – this document
- Website – the online service “DREAMORA.app”, operating at https://dreamora.app
- Service Provider / Publisher – the company “ZP20 Piotr Markowski”, registered at Al. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej 36 / 112B, WARSAW, NIP: 9482256434
- Service Recipient / User – any natural person who accesses the Website and uses the services provided through the Website by the Service Provider.
- Client – a Service Recipient who is a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit that has gained access to paid services on the Website using a Premium Number or to whom the Publisher offers access to multimedia services via a Premium Number.
- Electronic Communication – communication between the parties via email and contact forms available on the Website.
- SMS Premium Service – a service provided by an SMS Premium Intermediary, allowing the transmission of paid SMS messages via mobile phones. A Premium SMS sent by the Client to a designated Premium Number enables the purchase of services specified by the Publisher. The cost of a Premium SMS depends on the Operator’s pricing and the Premium Number used.
- Prefix Code – the SMS content sent by the Client to a Premium Number to access services offered by the Publisher.
- Premium Number – a special telephone number created by Operators for sending Premium SMS messages.
- Return SMS – an SMS message sent to the Client in response to their Premium SMS message.
- Return Code – an access code for a multimedia service, event, or interactive service, received in a Return SMS.
- Transaction – actions performed within the Website using a Premium Number and Prefix Code to allow Partners to grant Clients access to multimedia services.
- Operator – a business entity providing telecommunications services within a country based on a license. Operators operating in Poland include Orange Polska S.A., P4 Sp. z o.o., Polkomtel Sp. z o.o., and T-Mobile Polska S.A..
- SMS Premium Service Intermediary – Payments Solution Sp. z o.o., ul. Słoneczna 4, 06-212 Krasnosielc, NIP: 7571485069.
- External AI Provider – OpenAI Ireland Limited, registered at 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117-126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland.
II. Preliminary Provisions
- The Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation and use of the Website and specify the rights and obligations of both Service Recipients and the Service Provider.
- The Service Provider’s services consist of providing free tools via the Website, allowing Users to access articles, multimedia content, online applications, and electronic forms.
- Any content, articles, or advice-related information published on the Website is general information only and is not intended for individual Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for how Users apply this information.
- Users bear full responsibility for how they use the materials available on the Website, including compliance with applicable legal regulations.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee the usefulness or effectiveness of materials posted on the Website.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties due to using the Website. Users assume all risks related to the use of information provided in the Website.
- Use of the Website is free and voluntary.
- Some services within the Website are paid, requiring SMS Premium payments. Clients gain access to these services after payment is completed.
III. Terms of Website Use
- Users must read and accept these Terms and Conditions and related policies to continue using the Website.
- Users cannot use personal data obtained from the Website for marketing purposes.
Technical Requirements for Website Use:
- A device with a display capable of viewing web pages.
- An internet connection.
- A web browser that supports HTML5 and complies with W3C standards.
- JavaScript enabled.
- Cookies enabled.
Security Guidelines for Website Users:
- Users should follow general cybersecurity best practices when using the Website.
- The following actions are prohibited without written consent:
- Decompiling or analyzing the Website’s source code.
- Placing an excessive load on the Website’s servers.
- Attempting to identify vulnerabilities in the Website or server configuration.
- Uploading or injecting malicious code, scripts, or software that could harm the Website, other Users, or the Service Provider.
- Uploading or injecting software intended to track or steal data.
- Any action aimed at damaging, blocking, or disrupting the Website’s operations.
In case of a Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Users should report the issue to the Service Provider immediately to mitigate risks and protect all Users.
IV. Registration Terms and Conditions
- Users can access the Website without registration.
- However, registration is required to access certain services available only to logged-in Users and paying Clients who use SMS Premium services.
- Registration is voluntary and free of charge.
- Each User may have only one account.
Technical Requirements for Account Registration:
- A valid email account linked to Google or Facebook (registration and login are only available via SSO operators).
By registering, Users agree to the processing of their personal data as entered during registration.
Account Suspension and Deletion:
- The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its discretion, restricting or terminating access to some or all Website services, content, and resources.
- Accounts may be removed in case of:
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
- Violation of applicable laws.
- Actions harmful to the Service Provider or other Users.
The Service Provider may modify, add, remove, or suspend services at its sole discretion without requiring User consent.
Account Security Guidelines:
- Users must not share their login credentials with third parties.
- The Service Provider will never ask Users for their passwords.
Account Deletion Process:
- Users can delete their accounts via the Account Settings panel.
- All identifying data is deleted, and the username and email are anonymized.
- Purchase history for SMS Premium services is retained for evidence and complaint resolution.
V. Newsletter Service Terms and Conditions
- Users can use the Website without subscribing to the Newsletter.
- Newsletter subscription is voluntary and free.
Technical Requirements for the Newsletter Service:
- A valid email account.
Newsletter Subscription Conditions:
- Providing an email address via the online form.
- Verifying the email address by clicking the confirmation link.
- Granting consent to receive email notifications.
Scope of the Newsletter Service:
- Notifications about updates, articles, contests, and promotions related to the Website.
- Marketing messages from Website partners.
Unsubscribing from the Newsletter:
- Users can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.
- Unsubscribing removes the email address from the Service Provider’s database.
VI. Terms of SMS Premium Services
- The services are available to all Clients with a mobile phone or other electronic device that allows sending Premium SMS messages and receiving a Return SMS containing an access code (Return Code), which enables the activation of paid services within the Website.
- Before making an SMS payment, the Client should ensure that their phone or device is correctly configured to receive SMS messages. Configuration details can be obtained from the Client’s Operator.
- By making a payment via SMS Premium, the Client sends an SMS with the content SIM.SENNIK to a Premium Number, incurring a higher fee. In response, the Client receives a Return Code, which they must enter on the Website.
- Entering the Return Code assigns a certain number of points to the Client’s User Account. These points can be used for any paid services offered. Points remain valid for one year.
- The Return Code can only be entered on the Website while logged into the User Account.
- The number of points granted per Return Code depends on the cost of sending the Premium SMS.
- The cost of sending a Premium SMS depends on the Premium Number to which the message is sent.

- Charges for SMS Premium services are collected by GSM Network Operators.
- Payment processing and communication between the Operator and the Service Provider are facilitated by the SMS Premium Intermediary.
- Premium SMS messages can only be sent using an active SIM card.
- If the first attempt to order a service via Premium SMS fails, the Client must stop further attempts. The Service Provider and SMS Premium Intermediary are not responsible for multiple attempts, including any costs incurred.
- The Client may only use the received Return Code for personal use.
- The Service Provider and SMS Premium Intermediary are not responsible for incorrectly sent Premium SMS messages by the Client.
- The Service Provider and SMS Premium Intermediary are not responsible for issues related to the quality of GSM Operator services, including message availability in the recipient’s network.
- The Service Provider and SMS Premium Intermediary are not responsible for service failures caused by:
- Client’s internet connection issues
- Delays caused by force majeure, including strikes, administrative decisions, court rulings, telecommunications failures, network malfunctions, or disruptions by GSM Operators or internet providers.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of SMS Premium services or telecommunication devices by Clients.
- When using SMS Premium payment services, Users must comply with:
- Simpay End-User Terms and Conditions
- GSM Operator Terms of Service (as per the User’s telecommunications contract).
VII. Complaints
Clients may file complaints regarding:
- SMS Premium Services
- Services purchased using points from SMS Premium payments
Complaints regarding SMS Premium services related to message sending and Return Code reception should be directed to:
- The SMS Premium Intermediary (Payments Solution Sp. z o.o.)
- The Client’s GSM Operator
Complaints regarding the use of Return Codes on the Website should be directed to:
- The Service Provider or
- The SMS Premium Intermediary
Complaints regarding services purchased using points from SMS Premium payments should be directed to the Service Provider.
Submitting Complaints to the Service Provider:
- Complaints must be submitted via email to: kontakt@sennik.app
- The subject line should contain “Complaint”
Submitting Complaints to the SMS Premium Intermediary:
- Complaints must be submitted via the Intermediary’s complaint form, in accordance with their Service Terms and Conditions [link].
Complaints related to SMS Premium transactions should include:
a) Phone number used to send the SMS
b) Premium Number to which the SMS was sent
c) Exact SMS content that was sent
d) Return Code or received message from the Return SMS
e) Email address associated with the account receiving the points
f) Date of the SMS transaction (year, month, day)
g) Full name
h) Description of the issue
Before submitting a complaint, the Client should:
a) Check if the daily limit for SMS Premium transactions has been reached
b) Verify if the Return Code was entered correctly (e.g., differentiating between S-5, Z-2, g-9, 0-O)
c) If the Return Code was not received immediately, wait up to 30 minutes for a potential delay
d) If unable to enter the Return Code on the Website, check the account settings to confirm if the service was activated and points were assigned
Processing Time for Complaints:
- SMS Premium complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.
- The processing time does not include delays caused by the Client or the SMS Premium Intermediary, which may take up to an additional 14 days.
- Complaints regarding points usage must be submitted within 14 days of the issue occurring.
Complaints regarding point usage should include:
a) User’s email address
b) Complaint subject and issue description
c) Date of the issue
d) Screenshots (if applicable)
e) Expected resolution from the Service Provider
VIII. Terms of the Automated Dream Interpretation Service
- The Automated Dream Interpretation Service is a paid service.
- The Service Provider may offer discounts or free access to selected Users on a one-time or ongoing basis.
- The service is based on AI algorithms, including internal machine learning models and external AI solutions.
- The external AI provider for this service is OpenAI Ireland Limited, registered at 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117-126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland.
- The external AI provider’s Privacy Policy is available at: OpenAI Privacy Policy.
How the Service Works:
- The User enters a dream description, which is processed by AI to generate an interpretation.
- The interpretation is based on:
- The User’s provided data
- Source materials and definitions provided by the Service Provider
- AI-generated analysis
- The interpretations are publicly published on the Website.
- By default, interpretations are anonymous.
- Users may choose to associate the interpretation with their account, displaying their avatar and name.
- The Website stores both the original and a cleaned version of the dream description.
- Only the cleaned version is published and may differ from the original.
Prohibited Content in Dream Descriptions:
- Non-dream-related content
- Offensive language
- Hate speech, racist content, or morally questionable material
- Content violating netiquette or the law
- Personal data of non-public figures
- Sensitive data as defined by GDPR
Violations may result in account suspension and loss of accumulated points.
- Published interpretations can be commented on and rated by other registered users.
- The Service Provider may remove public access to selected interpretations without allowing objections but will ensure that the User retains personal access to their generated interpretation.
IX. Terms of Communication and Provision of Other Services on the Website
The Website provides services and tools that allow Users to interact with the platform, including:
- Contact form
- Commenting on posts and articles
- Publishing user-generated content in the form of posts and articles
- Uploading and publishing graphic and multimedia content
The Website provides contact details, including:
- Email address
- Contact phone number
When a User contacts the Service Provider, their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Content Publishing Terms for Users:
Users are prohibited from publishing content that:
- Is offensive or defamatory toward the Service Provider, other Users, third parties, or entities.
- Includes text, graphics, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, or other works for which the User does not own the rights or lacks explicit permission for free publication.
- Contains vulgar, pornographic, erotic, or illegal content under Polish or European law or links to such content.
- Includes scripts, programs, or software that overload the server, engage in hacking, or violate security measures, or links to such materials.
- Promotes marketing or advertising content for other commercial websites, products, or services.
X. Collection of User Data
To properly provide services, ensure legal compliance, and protect the Service Provider’s legal interests, the Website collects and processes certain User data.
The Website uses and stores anonymous User information in cookies to improve service delivery.
The scope, purpose, and rules of data processing are detailed in the following documents:

- Privacy Policy (integral parts of these Terms and Conditions).
Automatically Collected Data:
To ensure the proper functioning of the Website and collect statistical data, the Website automatically collects certain User information, including:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Screen resolution
- Approximate location
- Visited pages on the Website
- Time spent on specific pages
- Operating system type
- Previous page URL
- Referring page URL
- Browser language
- Internet connection speed
- Internet service provider
- Anonymous demographic data (from Google Analytics), such as:
- Gender
- Age
- Interests
These data are collected via Google Analytics scripts and are completely anonymous.
Data Collected During Registration:
- Username, full name, email address, and Google/Facebook avatar
- For registered Users, cookies may store an identifier linked to their account.
Data Collected During Newsletter Signup:

XI. Collection of Client Data
For SMS Premium service transactions, the Website records:
- Mobile phone number used for the transaction
- Transaction amount
- Transaction date
- User Account ID associated with the transaction
- Full name of the associated User
- Email address of the associated User
XII. Copyright
- The Service Provider owns the Website and all copyrights related to it.
- Some data and materials on the Website are protected by third-party copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, or individuals, unrelated to the Service Provider. These materials are used based on licenses or free-use agreements.
- Under the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, it is prohibited to use, copy, or reproduce any content from the Website, including articles, descriptions, photos, graphics, videos, or audio materials, without written consent from the legal owner, except for indexing by:
- Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- The Website allows Users to submit content in the form of comments or personal dream descriptions. The actual creator (User) retains copyright ownership of these submissions.
- By submitting content, Users grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, unrestricted, irrevocable, and unlimited license to use the submitted content, except for personal data or identifiable information, which must be anonymized if used beyond the intended purpose.
XIII. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any provisions of the Terms and Conditions at any time without stating a reason.
- Registered Users will be notified about changes via email.
- Changes take immediate effect for Users without an account.
- For registered Users, changes take effect after a 7-day transition period.
- Continued use of the Website after a Terms and Conditions update constitutes full acceptance of the changes.
XIV. Final Provisions
- The Service Provider is not responsible for content submitted or published by Users, including its truthfulness, reliability, authenticity, or legal defects, to the extent permitted by law.
- The Service Provider strives to offer continuous services but is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized User interference, third parties, or automated software activities.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information on the Website at any time without prior notice.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently shut down the Website for improvements, new service additions, or maintenance, without prior notice.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently terminate the Website without prior notice.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign all or part of its rights and obligations related to the Website without requiring User consent.
- The current and previous Terms and Conditions are available on the Website.
